About Us

Who We Are

Mississippi Area Community Action Agency is dedicated to empowering families and strengthening communities across Marshall and Benton Counties.

Our History

Where We Came From

Mississippi Area Community Action Agency was founded on a simple belief: stronger communities begin when people come together to support one another.

Serving Marshall and Benton counties, MS Area CAA works to connect residents with practical resources, strengthen community partnerships, and develop initiatives that respond to everyday needs.

Our approach continues to grow through collaboration with residents, local organizations, businesses, churches, and community leaders. We remain committed to practical, measurable, and sustainable efforts that create meaningful opportunities for the communities we serve.

Stronger Together. Better Forward.

What Guides Our Work

Four pillars. One community purpose.

Knowledge. Culture. Learning. Transformation. Together, these four pillars shape how we connect people, share opportunities, and put community action into practice.

L

We encourage growth through education, shared experience, and opportunities to develop useful skills at every age.

T

Transformation

We turn knowledge, relationships, and community participation into practical action that improves everyday lives.

Our Commitment to You

People first. Purpose in every action.

We serve with dignity, work through collaboration, and use community resources responsibly. We strive to make our efforts accessible, practical, and sustainable.
