The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) may help eligible Mississippi households with home energy costs. Visit Access MS at https://www.access.ms.gov and select "Community Services" to begin a pre-application. Your local administering agency will provide information about appointements, eligibility, and available assistance. Assistance depends on eligibility and available funding. Submitting a pre-application does not guarantee approval.
